Return Policy - Store Credit Only - No Cash or Credit Card Refunds
In the event you receive items that were not what you expected, needed, or damaged we will except returns under the following conditions:

1. All returns must be accompanied by a return code - you must call us at 1-800-799-9680 for us to issue you a return code.

2. All returns must be within 30 days of date the order was placed.

3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.

4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.

5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.

6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.

7. Special Order Items, Paint, Glue, Videos, Magazines, Catalogs, Blueprints, or Tools may not be returned.

8. Dollhouse Kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

9. Bespaq items may only be exchanged for the same item, Returns for credit are not accepted.

10. Store Credits are valid for 12 months (1 year).

11. International Shipping / Overseas – You are only charged a $1 deposit on shipping to process your order. Please be aware that we charge actual ship rates using either USPS priority mail or UPS. When your order is ready to ship we will update your order information and a second charge will occur for the remaining postage balance.
