Return Policy- Store Credit Only - No Cash or Credit Card Refunds

Orders Can Not Be Changed or Cancelled Once They are Placed.

In the event you receive items that were not what you expected, needed,
or damaged we will except returns under the following conditions:

1. All returns must be a accompanied by a return code - you must Email us attim@dollhousecollectables.com to get a return code prior to the return.

2. All returns must be within 30 days of date the order was placed.

3. All Items must be in resale condition, including the original packaging.

4. Damaged items will be replaced with same or similar items only.

5. All returns must be sent back in packaging that prevents damage to the items.

6. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return items.

7. Special Order Items, Paint, Glue, Videos, Magazines, Catalogs, Blueprints, or Tools may not bereturned.

8. Dollhouse Kits are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

9. Bespaq items may only be exchanged for the same item, Returns for credit not accepted.

10. Gift certificates may be mailed in for redemption or the order can be placed online. If mailing your order please be sure to include the items numbers, price, and include shipping. If ordering online please mention your gift certificate number in the comments section during check out and we will deduct the amount from your order before charging your card.

11. Store Credits are valid for 12 months (1 year).
